This 3 bed / 2 bath is located just past the second crossing, across from the famed River Road Chute. An ideal property suited for any gathering. The upstairs features a large open living and kitchen area with two futons that open into doubles. Also on the upper level is the master suite featuring a Full bed and large bath. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a Full bed and one with two bunks and a twin with pull out sleeping 6. There is also a futon downstairs that opens into a double.

The downstairs area also has a newly renovated bath suite and a washer/dryer free for tenant use. Outside the house there is a two-story deck overlooking the “chute”. Great spot to grill and enjoy all the activities on the river. Private river access across one lane road provides a deck and grilling area. Perfect location for tubing and people watching all day!
