The Tiki Lofts are our one-bedroom loft units. Each is complete with a full kitchen, bath, and balcony. The master bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed, overlooks the bottom floor of our unit. Tiki Lofts is ideal for the couple or small family getaway.

Every unit at Tiki on the Guad shares a unique river front and common area. On the river a custom stone patio with concrete bulkhead fronts the length of our property. Complete with lounging chairs and stairs descending into the river, this frontage is unlike any other on the river. Each house at Tiki on The Guad has access to our private river frontage and common area amenities. Including the world renown Tiki Links (putting green), Washer Pits, Tiki Toss, Flat screen TV, Fire-pit, BBQ grills, and more.
